28 minute 500 rep circuit for a TTGPC (TT Guinea Pig Client)1A) Box Jumps - 10 reps1B) Overhead Squat - 20 reps, no weight, just a broomstick1C) TBX - 20 reps1D) TRX Triceps Extension - 10 reps 1E) Slam Ball Slammingz - 20 reps 1F) Power Wheel Rollout - 20 reps5 rounds.
