Happy Ballantyne's Day. I have a very interesting 10+10 circuit workout to share with you. This one last 19 minutes and 50 seconds. It was a great challenge to start a snowy Saturday morning. Each exercise was meant to be about a minute long, and I knew how many reps I could do in a minute...so I didn't time things...but as you can see, I was right on track for total training time. It's
