Deadlifting and traveling

Yesterday's workout involved a Trap Bar (deadlifting bar that requires more work from your legs than your low back). 1A) Trap Bar Deadlift 1B) Long Jump 2) Hang Clean 3) Deadlift - 225 x 10 x 5 --- Every minute on the minute 4) Leg Curl Then it was off to Toronto.
