Hmmm, another rainy day out on the farm. Unfortunate. But I was able to do a BW-TRX workout and get in a bike ride to grab the Saturday paper before it started pouring.The workout today gave me:361 total reps200 Squats100 pushups140 rows21 Handstand pushupsSunday is my OFF-From-Everything day.
